Welcome to the Resources & Support section. We'd like to introduce you to our company mascot Fred. Fred is a very loveable cat who is always very curious about his world. We're almost sure you can relate to being curious about anything relating to your world.

So in an effort to answer some of that curiousity, we've developed this section. You'll find in it some Frequently Asked Questions as well as some answers to those questions that we think you'll find very helpful.

Also included is a very extensive list of terms used in the printing industry. If there's a term that you think should be in there and isn't, just let us know and we'll make sure it gets added.

Third are some different software download links we think you might enjoy.

And last but not least is the Tips & Trick section. This section includes some very helpful articles covering as many different topics as we could think of. If you think of anything else you might find useful, please let us know and we'll be sure to get it added.
