Offset Printing

• Winkler Dunnebier 214 Four Color Press
  One of only five in the
  nation. This press has
  the capability to print
  converted envelopes as
  large as 16 x 17. It can
  also print a diecut blank
  envelope. This is truly
  an extraordinary ability
  since it eliminates the
  need for litho conversion.
  
• Halm Four Color Jet
  In 1987 Envelope Man was the second
  envelope company in the nation to have
  a 4/C Jet. Today we’re still at the
  forefront of color envelopes with
  our third generation of this press.
  
• Halm Two Color Jet
  We have three of these
  presses. Unlike the
  four color jet, which can
  print on one side of the
  envelope only, these
  presses can print front
  and back of a converted
  envelope in one pass.
  Because it operates off
  of a pusher system you
  can bleed printing off
  all four sides of the
  envelope.
  
• Halm Two Color Super Jet
  Two color press with
  larger cylinders than
  the normal jets, perfect
  for printing 9 x 12 and
  10 x 13 catalogs and
  booklets as well as remittance
  envelopes with large flaps.
  Need an 8-1/2 x 11 perfected?
  The SuperJet can do that,
  ensuring color consistency
  between the envelope and
  it’s contents.
  
• Diamond Two Color Jumbo Press
  Another rare press. This
  2 color press can print
  envelopes as large as 20 x 22.
  Cruising speeds are superior
  to the Super Jet. With
  a max speed of 24,000 9x12's
  an hour, it's an ideal press
  for long runs. The Jumbo Jet
  also has a unique feed table
  that allows us to print Tyvek
  and Expansion envelopes easier
  than conventional Jet presses.

  and back of the envelope with
  full bleeds up to 10 x 13.

  17 ½ x 22 parent size. For
  cut sheet letter orders 100
  thousand and up. Any combination
  of 4 Colors plus In Line Perfing
  make this offset solution

• UV Curing Unit
  Uses ultraviolet light to
  cure the ink and make it
  dry instantly. Perfect for
  heavy coverage. This unit
  works on all presses.
  Superior to offset spray
  powder, it leaves no powdery
  residue on the envelope.

Finishing

• Cheetah Gumming Machines
  Never lick an envelope again!
  Capable of applying resealable
  latex gum or Peel N Seal. While
  latex gum has a shelf life of
  six to nine months before it
  begins to deteriorate the
  Peel N Seal liner keeps the
  gum fresh for many years. This
  machine got so busy we added
  another latexer. Like the big
  cat it’s built for speed.
